山东泰茶“良心谷”茶产业生态示范园由山东泰茶农业发展有限公司投资建设，公司成立于2013年5月，注册资本4000万元。园区位于新泰市石莱镇、岳家庄乡与放城镇，距离新泰市城区20公里，是集有机名茶、南植北引、生态养殖、休闲旅游于一体的现代生态农业示范。园区总投资3.5亿元，规划面积2万亩，其中有机茶园区1.4万亩、粮食种植区4000亩，南植北引区1000亩、生态养殖区300亩、休闲观光区700亩，2017年底完成全部规划建设。

项目定位：由香港贝尔高林设计院规划设计，按照“江北茶乡、生态有机、现代农庄”的思路，以北方“茶文化”为主线，生产“有机茶”、发展“特色游”，打造全国较大的“有机茶基地”、4A级现代农业休闲观光旅游区。

拓展产业链条：规划栽植安吉白茶、安吉黄茶、黄观音、金萱、龙井43、乌牛早、中茶108、大红袍等无性繁育有机名茶，配套建设茶博园、茶艺园、茶叶加工厂，开展精品制茶、旅游观光、休闲品茶、欣赏鉴茶，同步建设300亩茶叶猪养殖区，形成完善的茶叶产业链。流转土地建成有机茶园1.2万亩。

创新的经营模式：项目建设前期土地整村流转，连片发展，把茶园交给农户划区管理，农民收取土地租金、茶园管理费，每亩地年收入2600元。
