左右酒业由杜田左、杜田右先生兄弟二人利用生态农业和矿产开发而积累的资本与商业模式，依托中国具投资价值的酿酒葡萄种植带——秦皇岛卢龙柳河山谷小产区(北纬39°48，东经119°)的自然、人文、资源优势，“酿造中国葡萄酒人文价值典范”为己任而投资创建的。

左右酒业地处中国干红核心产区——渤海湾产区卢龙-柳河山谷南大门，占地150亩，项目总投资6000万元。整个项目分两期，现一期工程已结束，项目完成投资2800万元，建筑面积1万平米：其中包括1800平米储酒间、2000平米灌装车间，1400平米办公楼、500平米“左右兄弟庄园餐厅”以及配套的环保设施。一期项目已达到罐储5000吨，灌装3000吨的规模化生产能力。
