上海英提尔交运汽车零部件有限公司是由上海交运集团股份有限公司和英提尔汽车控股(香港)有限公司（MAGNA旗下全资子公司）于2005年1月27日共同组建，于2007年3月28日正式营业。公司注册资本为伍仟万元人民币，投资总额为壹亿贰仟伍佰万元人民币。

上海英提尔交运汽车零部件有限公司前称系1995年成立的上海龙马神座椅有限公司。公司自2007年3月开业以来，一直是上汽大众和上汽通用的轿车座椅骨架产品的配套供货商。近年来，公司业务不断扩大，产品包括上汽大众的Santana系列座椅骨架总成、Passat座椅骨架总成、Lavida座椅骨架总成、Polo座椅骨架总成、斯柯达FABIA NF后座骨架、TOURAN TAXI骨架、MQB平台系列车型座椅骨架，上汽通用的别克系列轿车座椅骨架总成、201翻转机构，广汽菲克K4座椅骨架、福建奔驰VS20座椅骨架，江淮汽车等。
