生产状况

公司现有酿酒车间4个，园林式的制曲发酵车间1个，总占地面积80000平方米。2013年，古川酒庄已完成全部规划设计，年生产能力为4300吨，拥有23000吨的原酒储备能力。公司现有包装车间2个，总占地面积3000平方米，年包装总能力达12000吨。包装车间确定了48个工艺控制点，建立了35个工序检验关口。

公司主要生产浓香型大曲酒，经过5年时间逐步将单粮工艺转变为五粮工艺，使五粮复合香更加明显。产品现有30多个品种规格，产品均以优质的高粱、大米、小麦、糯米、玉米为原料，采用传统工艺，老窖发酵、多年贮存、精心勾兑而成的浓香型大曲酒。
