苏州少士电子科技有限责任公司成立于1993年5月，是一家专业从事银行自动化设备（硬币及纸币清点类设备）的研发、生产、销售和维修服务的企业。

公司拥有激光切割机、加工中心、三座标测量仪等众多的加工装备。公司于2002年8月通过ISO9001质量管理体系认证。

公司吸收消化国外技术，公司先后在1996年与德国REIS公司和日本MUSASHI公司进行技术合作，开发和生产了硬币、纸币类银行专用设备近二十个产品。产品经德国本土TUV公司“CE”和“GS”安全认证，以及中国电磁兼容中心的“CCC”认证，公司现有产品90%出口德国及西欧各国。产品质量与关键技术的研发和应用水平二个方面在国际上享有一定声誉。
