北京正有网络通信技术股份有限公司简称“北京正有”,其前身为成立于1997年5月的北京正有通信设备有限公司。2000年10月,经北京市人民政府京政函(2000)127号文批准,改制成立北京正有网络通信技术股份有限公司。目前注册资金3760万元人民币。主要股东有北京正有微系统有限公司、深圳市创新投资有限公司及公司主要技术人员、管理人员等。

(一)正有公司是中国光传输产业的奠基者之一。近十年前,正有以ZYIC系列芯片,开辟了中国光传输事业的新时代。
