杭州徐同泰酿造有限公司坐落于杭州市萧山区河上镇，创立于清朝光绪三年（1877年），自创始至今已有137年历史，历经十一代传人，以秘制绝活生产传统酱油、调味酱等产品。公司在继承传统工艺基础上，引进生产设备，研发寿司酱油。2009年，正式与浙江凯旋门澳门豆捞控股集团结成战略伙伴，进入澳门豆捞全国近300家门店。

徐同泰酱油从选材到制作工艺都极为考究，采用非转基因大豆、小麦为原料，严格按照传统的酿造工艺，靠自然界常温发酵，日晒夜露，整个过程大约需要180天。由此酿造的酱油，不仅绿色健康天然，而且具有“色泽淡朴、酱香浓郁、味道鲜美”三大特色。故有“酱韵飘香百年百里”之说。
