都一处烧麦馆始建于清乾隆三年（公元1738年），2002年加入便宜坊集团，是中国商务部首批认定的“中华老字号”。

在近三百年的经营中，都一处不仅因乾隆帝赐匾而驰名，更有技艺绝活“都一处烧麦”吸引着五洲四海的宾朋佳客，还曾东渡扶桑，在日本传授。1989年“都一处烧麦”荣获商业部餐饮最高奖项“金鼎奖”；2000年获得“中华名小吃”认定；2008年“都一处烧麦制作技艺”被列入国家级非物质文化遗产名录。同年，都一处被认定为北京市著名商标。
