京投发展股份有限公司（股票代码：600683）前身为宁波华联集团股份有限公司，1993年上市；2000年公司控股股东由原宁波市国有资产管理局变更为中国银泰投资有限公司，2002年更名为银泰控股股份有限公司；2009年公司完成定向增发，北京市基础设施投资有限公司和中国银泰投资有限公司成为公司大股东，分别持股29.81%和24.83%，同年公司更名为京投银泰股份有限公司；2015年公司股东中国银泰投资有限公司向程少良先生协议转让本公司部分股份，股权过户登记手续完成后程少良先生持股20.78%成为第二大股东，2016年公司更名为京投发展股份有限公司。（简称：京投发展）
