北京京能清洁能源电力股份有限公司成立于2010年8月，由北京京能科技整体变更设立，是京能集团的控股子公司，前身是1993成立的北京能源投资公司。公司于2011年12月22日在香港联交所主板上市，发行股份总股数为6,149,905,454股，其中京能集团持股67.96%，是公司的控股股东。

We are the largest gas thermal power supplier in Beijing and the leading wind power operator in China. It has a diversified clean energy business portfolio, covering gas power generation and heating, wind power generation, small and medium-sized hydropower, photovoltaic power generation and other clean energy businesses. As of June 30, 2012, we have two gas-fired cogeneration power plants and one gas-fired heating plant in Beijing, with a holding capacity of 1190 megawatts and a holding capacity of 1045 megawatts.
