浙江厚源纺织股份有限公司

浙江厚源纺织股份有限公司是新澳股份全资子公司。项目总投资约 4.7亿元，占地面积约 9.7万平方米，建筑面积约13万平方米。新址坐落于桐乡市崇福镇工业生态产业园。引进国际小浴比染色机，选用少水节能技术工艺，并购置印染配套设备，形成年染整生态毛15000吨的生产能力。

厚源纺织通过对厂区设备的整体生态升级改造，强化了新澳毛纺产业链后处理染整综合能力，进一步完善纱线品质管控能力和需求服务能力，并且减小纺织工业对环境影响，促进经济效益、生态效益和社会效益的协调发展。

It is an innovative enterprise specializing in sliver production and wool post-processing, and one of the world's professional sliver manufacturers. It has 3 production lines of European bar making equipment, 2 sets of basulan machine of Anda company of New Zealand, 2 sets of continuous anti shrinkage mercerizing treatment lines of Italian CMT and Canada kroy wool, 1 set of non chlorine ecological anti shrinkage treatment production line, front and back supporting French NSC card, and the technical center has set up a constant temperature standard laboratory. Zhejiang Houyuan Textile Co., Ltd. Zhejiang Houyuan Textile Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of new Australia Co., Ltd. The total investment of the project is about 470 million yuan, covering an area of about 97000 square meters and a building area of about 130000 square meters. The new site is located in the Industrial Ecological Industrial Park, Chongfu Town, Tongxiang City. With the introduction of international small bath ratio dyeing machine, selection of low water and energy-saving technology and purchase of printing and dyeing equipment, the annual production capacity of dyeing and finishing ecological wool is 15000 tons. Through the overall ecological upgrading of the equipment in the plant area, Houyuan textile has strengthened the comprehensive capacity of post-processing dyeing and finishing of the wool textile industry chain in new Australia, further improved the yarn quality control capacity and demand service capacity, reduced the impact of the textile industry on the environment, and promoted the coordinated development of economic, ecological and social benefits.
