青苗教育集团自1993年成立以来，已经由开始的一家幼儿园发展成为涵盖幼儿园到高中12年级的一贯制教育集团。目前，集团下有六家幼儿园，其中五家在北京的朝阳区，一家在中国南方的海南岛。这些园区相结合构成青苗教育集团的幼儿园分部，从幼儿园毕业后，孩子们可以进入我们青苗国际双语学校校区或者升入中国公立的学校继续学习。

虽然青苗幼儿园的不同园区采用不同的语言教学模式，但是，它们都贯穿着同一个课程体系和教学理念。
