青苗教育集团自1993年成立以来，已经由开始的一家幼儿园发展成为涵盖幼儿园到高中12年级的一贯制教育集团。目前，集团下有六家幼儿园，其中五家在北京的朝阳区，一家在中国南方的海南岛。这些园区相结合构成青苗教育集团的幼儿园分部，从幼儿园毕业后，孩子们可以进入我们青苗国际双语学校校区或者升入中国公立的学校继续学习。

虽然青苗幼儿园的不同园区采用不同的语言教学模式，但是，它们都贯穿着同一个课程体系和教学理念。

我们坚信环境对于任何一个学校来说都是至关重要的。青苗幼儿园的教室里总是举办着各种各样的活动以供学生学习和探索。青苗幼儿园的教室宽敞明亮，布局灵活，以兼顾集体和单独活动。每一个教室都有一块游戏区域，配有与班级孩子年龄相符的玩具、积木、拼图、智力游戏和玩耍空间。也就是说我们的孩子既可以进行团体学习和游戏，也有机会单独或者分小组进行各种活动。不仅如此，我们灵活的学习空间使得孩子们可以自由地选择在地板上或者在桌椅上活动，只要他们觉得舒服和高兴。校园内随处可见的展板上布满了学生们自己的艺术作品。
