伊通满族自治县芮来满族服饰有限公司的前身是伊通羊毛衫有限责任公司，始建于1978年的国有预算内企业。1999年公司改制为国有控股公司—伊通羊毛衫有限责任公司，2005年11月末，依据吉林省国企改制要求四个到位的原则，又进一步改制为民营股份制公司。

为了方便和各国客户的业务往来，经伊通县工商局核准延用了公司原来到名称。公司名称经工商局核准变更为伊通满族自治县芮来满族服饰有限公司。公司注册资本150万元，公司位于伊通镇内现有员工780人，有专业技术人员20人，大中专以上学历人员12人，有工程师4人，技术力量十分雄厚，形成了产品研发设计能力，公司下设四个分厂，六个生产车间，七个职能科室。

The name of the company has been changed to Ruilai Manchu Clothing Co., Ltd. of Yitong Manchu Autonomous County with the approval of the industrial and commercial bureau. The registered capital of the company is 1.5 million yuan. The company is located in Yitong Town, with 780 employees, 20 professional and technical personnel, 12 people with college or above education background, 4 engineers and strong technical force. The company has formed product R & D and design capabilities. It has four branches, six production workshops and seven functional departments. It covers an area of more than 10000 square meters, and has obtained the land use right for 30 years. In 2008, the company built a 1500 square meter commercial building with its own funds, worth more than 4 million yuan. The total construction area of the company is nearly 9000 square meters, with 1200 sets of special equipment for production of sweaters and clothing.
