在香港,截至2014年8月30日共有20间健身店,其中铜锣湾百利保广场(怡和街68号)店(搬迁前在利舞台广场)仍只接待女宾。1986年于铜锣湾伊利莎伯大厦开设首间分店,其后陆续增设会所于铜锣湾利舞台广场、鲗鱼涌康怡广场、尖沙咀喜来登酒店及美孚新邨,2003年11月进驻沙田连城广场(香港最大分店,占地达70,000平方尺),2005年开设荃湾城市中心及屯门市广场女宾店,2007年9月,荃湾店迁至同区协和广场,2010年8月首次进驻人流密集的旺角区(荷李活商业中心),占用4层。同年10月,开设上水广场店,为北区首间大型连锁健身中心。2011年1月将屯门市广场女子健身店迁至区内大兴花园商场并改为男女宾。同年9月起舒适堡进行新一轮扩充,首次进驻中环;10月开设继荃湾店后的新界南第二分店(葵芳新都会广场);11月首次扩展至东九龙区(九龙湾淘大花园商场)。2012年6月底及12月中先后增设马鞍山广场及观塘宁晋中心店,2013年2月初进驻香港仔中心,为南区首间大型健身中心,继而于4月中开设湾仔及元朗店,8月结束尖沙咀喜来登分店并搬迁至同区加拿芬广场继续营业,9月增设大埔店。踏入2014年,舒适堡进一步扩展网络,8月30日开设香港第20分店(乐富店),并预定于2015年1月底增设坚尼地城店,继续巩固香港最大健身中心地位。香港美容部目前共有13间分店,覆盖设有健身店的区域,另包括未有健身部的九龙城。
