郑州萧记面食有限公司，位于郑州市中心的东侧，东临郑东新区，西临紫荆山路，南临陇海珞，北临金水大道。

1986年，肖存兴带领五名店员在市中心，位于二七塔北侧，市百货楼东侧，市体育场西侧的繁华商业区，东太康路与人民路交叉口搭起帆布帐篷，摆上矮桌小凳，营销首创的萧记三鲜烩面。

1988年，萧记经营初见成效，小帐蓬换成了一百平方米的店堂。

2005年，萧记保全街三鲜烩面美食城正式开业，其营业面积达4000多平方米，成为萧记发展史上的一座里程碑。

目前，萧记三鲜烩面美食城是一个拥有固定资产近2000万元，在郑州市下设8个直营店，省内周边城市设2个加盟店，总营业面积10000平方米以上，仅郑汴路一个店年纳税额达200余万元的大型餐饮企业。

先后被省、市两级政府命名为“百强私营企业”、“省级风味名店”、“明星企业”、“省先进工会委员会”“省、市纳税先进单位”，2001年12月被中国烹饪协会授牌“中华餐饮名店”，2002年9月被评为国家首批“诚信单位”。

同年被评为省“特级店”、省“质量满意、服务放心单位”，被郑州市政府为“非公有制先进企业”，2004年被评为全国优秀餐饮企业。
