公司成立于1998年1月，位于集美区海凤路151号亚太工业园，是厦门亚太联合集团有限公司的下属成员企业，厦门市塑料工业同业公会常务副会长单位。

公司拥有国际全自动智能化生产车间，有30多条塑料袋全自动生产线，塑料包装袋年产能1万吨，年产值2亿元人民币。产品80%以上出口日本、美国、欧盟等发达国家地区。借助在塑料机械制造高新技术的优势，承接了一些难度较大的塑料袋出口的长年订单，并且出口量逐年增长，成为公司主要的规模和利润增长点。
