本溪木兰花乳业有限责任公司前身为始建于1953年的本溪市国营小堡畜牧场，是本溪市的大型奶牛饲养和鲜牛奶生产基地。2003年，根据市政府文件精神，公司进行了体制改革，由公司管理层收购，员工持股，国有股退出。组建了本溪木兰花乳业有限责任公司。现有员工410名，科技人员75人。具有高级工程师、高级畜牧师等中、高级知识分子11名。
