青岛航空股份有限公司（以下简称“青岛航空”）由新南山国际控股有限公司和南山集团有限公司共同投资，主要从事航空运输及相关产业。

青岛航空于2013年6月6日获得中国民用航空局批准筹建，6月12日正式揭牌成立。2014年3月10日获得民航局颁发的公共航空运输企业经营许可证，4月22日获得民航局颁发的运行合格证书，4月26日顺利实现首航。

青岛航空以青岛国际机场为主基地机场，目前拥有19架全空客飞机，执飞青岛至成都、哈尔滨、海拉尔、南京、银川、贵阳、南宁、西安、兰州、敦煌、乌鲁木齐、泉州、天津、黄山、合肥、呼和浩特等近50条航线，通航城市达30余座，初步建立起以青岛基地为核心，烟台、昆明、长沙、长春等过夜基地为依托，以华东和西南大流量客源为支撑，面向东北亚，辐射全国的航线网络布局，并开通了青岛=首尔、青岛=芽庄国际航线。
