星慧照明工程集团有限公司(原扬州市星慧照明有限公司）座落于中国路灯制造基地：江苏扬州高邮市送桥镇，公司创建于1999年，注册资金10058万元，厂区占地85146平方米（共有三大功能生产厂区），建筑面积38000平方米。
