公司拥有两套美国莫里森球经染色生产线，配备了美国西点整经机、分经机、制筒机、日本针织大圆机及台湾力根定型机等一系列世界精良针织牛仔生产设备。年产高档针织牛仔面料15700余吨，靛蓝筒纱产量12700余吨。

2006年，公司起草制订了《针织牛仔布》行业标准（标准号：FZ/T 72008-2006），后又相继独立起草了《针织吸湿牛仔布》（ FZ/T 72009-2008）、《针织牛仔服装》（FZ/T 73032-2009）和《靛蓝棉纱线》等多个行业标准并已审定通过发布实施。在10余年的创新发展和不断拼搏中，公司现已成为一家专注于研发、生产高档针织牛仔面料和针织牛仔用纱的科研型企业，现有占地面积73000平方米，建筑面积45000平方米，总投资2.5亿元，员工650余人，其中专业科研人员 100余人。
