芜湖宝骐汽车制造有限公司，成立于2011年10月，位于安徽省南陵经济开发区，由杭州华立集团与安徽亚夏集团两家大型集团公司联合投资组建，是一家专业从事新能源汽车及各类改装车研发、制造、销售的企业。

公司主要股东“华立集团”成立于1970年，是以医药为核心主业、多元化投资发展的企业集团。业务涉及医药、电能计量仪表及电力自动化系统、电子材料、现代农业、石油化工、矿产开发、新能源汽车等领域。在美国、法国、俄罗斯、阿根廷、印度、泰国、菲律宾设有制造基地、分支机构，在非洲十多个国家也设立了业务机构。

宝骐汽车依托“华立集团”及“亚夏集团”内部优势，充分整合两家集团公司内部新能源、新能源动力系统、新材料、汽车生产资质等资源，专业从事新能源汽车及各类改装车研发与制造，公司拟研制的产品包括：插电式新能源城市客车、纯电动城市客车、纯电动厢式运输车、商务改装车、各类其他专用改装车等汽车整车产品及新能源动力系统、新能源电池系统等核心汽车零部件。

公司拟在南陵开发区征地850亩，建造新能源汽车生产基地，项目计划产能100亿。项目分三期开发建设，目前一期146亩于2012年7月开工，2014年6月底竣工投产，形成年产10亿元的整车生产产能。

Relying on the internal advantages of "Huali group" and "yaxia group", Baoqi automobile fully integrates the internal resources of new energy, new energy power system, new materials, automobile production qualification of the two group companies and specializes in the R & D and manufacturing of new energy vehicles and all kinds of modified vehicles. The products the company plans to develop include: plug-in new energy city buses, pure electric city buses, pure electric city buses Vehicle products such as van type transport vehicle, commercial refitted vehicle, various other special refitted vehicles, and core auto parts such as new energy power system and new energy battery system. The company plans to land 850 mu in Nanling Development Zone and build a new energy vehicle production base with a planned production capacity of 10 billion. The project is divided into three phases of development and construction. At present, the first phase of 146 Mu started in July 2012, and was completed and put into production by the end of June 2014, forming a vehicle production capacity of 1 billion yuan per year.
