芜湖宝骐汽车制造有限公司，成立于2011年10月，位于安徽省南陵经济开发区，由杭州华立集团与安徽亚夏集团两家大型集团公司联合投资组建，是一家专业从事新能源汽车及各类改装车研发、制造、销售的企业。

公司主要股东“华立集团”成立于1970年，是以医药为核心主业、多元化投资发展的企业集团。业务涉及医药、电能计量仪表及电力自动化系统、电子材料、现代农业、石油化工、矿产开发、新能源汽车等领域。在美国、法国、俄罗斯、阿根廷、印度、泰国、菲律宾设有制造基地、分支机构，在非洲十多个国家也设立了业务机构。

宝骐汽车依托“华立集团”及“亚夏集团”内部优势，充分整合两家集团公司内部新能源、新能源动力系统、新材料、汽车生产资质等资源，专业从事新能源汽车及各类改装车研发与制造，公司拟研制的产品包括：插电式新能源城市客车、纯电动城市客车、纯电动厢式运输车、商务改装车、各类其他专用改装车等汽车整车产品及新能源动力系统、新能源电池系统等核心汽车零部件。
