重庆欣材混凝土集团股份有限公司位于重庆市江北区石马河，注册资本壹亿元，是一家专业从事预拌商品混凝土生产并集砂石矿开采、混凝土外加剂、矿渣粉、粉煤灰生产、物流运输为一体的集团化公司。

集团目前在重庆市江北区、渝北区、九龙坡区、綦江区、巴南区建有五个商品混凝土搅拌站。

近几年，围绕集团发展战略，集团进行了上游产业链开发建设并付诸实施。目前上游产业链基本形成，除水泥外，商品混凝土生产所需原材料，本集团已实现自给自足的保障网络：1.年产砂石600万吨的3个砂石矿（小南海矿石厂、涪陵矿石一厂、涪陵矿石二厂）；2.年产8万吨混凝土外加剂厂（重庆特奇建材有限公司）；3.年产30万吨的粉煤灰厂（重庆运道建材有限公司）。4.在建年产30万吨的矿粉厂。上述各生产基地为集团混凝土生产提供了高质量的原材料供应保障。

集团成立了物流中心，自建了码头（自产原材料采用水路、铁路运输），解决了外包运输的被动，保障了集团各搅拌站原材料到场的及时性和稳定性。集团各搅拌站，均配备了国内精良的全自动化生产控制系统及运输设备；现有生产线11条，汽车臂架泵10台、各种车载泵、拖泵40余台，运输罐车130余辆，自备柴油发电机6台，年实际生产能力达400万立方米以上。

集团为打破传统的“事后管理”模式，成立了信息技术公司，专门为集团管理量身定做系统管理软件，使本集团借助互联网平台，实现了集团内各管理环节“全过程即时动态控制”，突破了商品混凝土行业区域性、地域性的管理瓶颈，为本行业跨区域、跨地域发展及管理。
