浙江杭化科技股份有限公司，成立于2006年3月，位于德清经济开发区科技创业园内。前身为杭州市化工研究院石油化工助剂研发中心，现为研究院成果产业化基地之一。

公司主要从事乙烯生产过程用助剂和炼油助剂的科研开发、应用研究及产品生产和经营。主导产品有汽油分馏塔阻聚剂、乙烯分离过程用阻聚剂、乙烯分离过程用除垢剂、裂解汽油加氢阻聚剂和急冷水破乳剂等；主要用户为 “中石化”和“中石油”两大集团公司下属企业。。

自从1976年承担原燃化部下达的开发乙烯分离过程用阻聚剂任务以来，产品不断升级换代，已陆续开发出拥有自主知识产权的产品十多个品种。
