为保障果酒原料来源，开维猕恋果酒酿造有限公司投资几百万元在北湖区保和瑶族乡小埠村、新田岭村、临武县西瑶乡龙家村，种植300多亩优质猕猴桃为酿酒原料。同时，从省内和郴州市境内大量收购优良猕猴桃鲜果，满足酿酒原料需求。公司选择在深秋气温20度左右时采摘瑶乡高山猕猴桃鲜果，榨取鲜汁为料，辅助添加广西永福富硒罗汉果(或桐柏山天然蜂蜜)，常温自然发酵2年以上酿成果酒。开维果酒富含维生素C、维生素E、活性叶酸、活性蛋白、多酚和硒元素，具有一定的保健作用。

开维原汁发酵果酒符合未来消费潮流，传统酿造工艺既保持了原水果的较高营养价值，又具有独特的风味口感，广受市场好评。目前，开维果酒已远销上海、深圳、广州、长沙及湖南省内各地，近日，苏州市某企业一次性向开维公司订购5000瓶果酒。
