无锡巨丰复合线有限公司（无锡市梅达特种漆包线厂）创建于1999年。公司位于风景秀丽的太湖之滨，沪宁高速公路旁，具有三千年历史的古镇-----梅村镇，是一家生产电工漆包圆绕组线（漆包铜圆线、铝圆线、铜包铝圆线）的高新技术企业。目前拥有各类高速拉丝机近250台，漆包机40多台，一支高素质的专业技术人员和训练有素的员工队伍，并具有完善的生产过程全自动电脑控制及全性能测试装置，年产各种漆包圆铜线5000吨、圆铝线2000吨、铜包铝1000吨，为机电、电器产品提供绕组线材。

公司实行总经理负责制，下设行政等六个部、四个车间。其中经济管理、工程技术研发人员占总人数的13%。为提高企业综合素质、增强市场竞争力，特聘线材行业高、中级管理和工程技术人员数名，担任公司高、中层行政、技术职务，为公司管理、技术、质量上档次、上水平打下良好基础。
