艾思斯（上海）化工有限公司是美国独资企业，是ACC中国集团的一期生产基地。座落在上海市青浦工业园区，占地约2.9万平方米，生产建筑面积1.5万平方米。艾思斯（上海）化工有限公司依托美国ACC的技术，一方面承接从美国进口的莎迪等品牌的涂料的调色、分装加工业务，另一方面为适应市场需求，承担了将美国产品和技术本土化的重任，其产品广泛应用于各类工业及民用建筑的表面处理。一期工程——水性涂料设备已投产，单班年生产能力8000吨，二期工程——木器漆设备的一阶段已安装完备，首先形成年单班生产能力2000吨。其他项目正在设计和筹备中。
