西藏特色产业股份有限公司是由西藏达氏集团牵头控股、广东中小企业股权投资基金有限公司、自治区政府(国有资产经营公司)、自治区粮食局(西藏金谷饭店)、精裕(上海)投资有限公司等单位共同投资兴建的股份制企业。公司创建于2003年7月1日,于2004年8月8日竣工投产。

目前公司主导产品是“圣鹿”牌百年野生核桃油、“圣鹿”牌无量(保健食用)油等7种油脂类产品;西藏特产“九天圣鹿”牌冬虫夏草等9种林下资源类产品。公司依托西藏丰富的特色自然资源优势,以“公司+农户+基地+科研”的产业化模式,从事西藏特色绿色、有机食品加工销售。

公司主要开发西藏各类植物油,并依据藏医《四部医典》和藏密修身论,挖掘与开发雪域高原特有的野生药食两用植物。公司拥有独立的研发中心,并多次与中国农机院油脂装备所、中科院成都生物研究所、国家粮食储备局西安油脂科学研究设计院等多家科研院所进行产学研结合,目前已成功研发了“西藏高级食用油、无量保健油、西藏特产调味油(大蒜油、花椒油、辣椒油)、野生核桃油、孕婴专用核桃素油等产品”。
