甘肃红川酒业有限责任公司是一家民营控股、国有参股的股份制白酒企业，发端于1950年在私人酿酒作坊基础上扩建而成的国营红川酒厂，于2008年9月进行资产重组，成立了今日的红川酒业公司。公司经过从1985年到2010年的四期扩建，年产纯粮原浆酒已从建立初期的20吨扩大为现在的6000余吨，总资产近4亿元，占地面积近千亩，职工近千人，是甘肃省目前较大的传统工艺纯粮酿造白酒企业。

公司坐落于素有“陇上江南”之称的成县红川镇（古称横川），当地自古以来就以盛产美酒而著称。
