天津正兴德茶庄始于1738年（清乾隆三年）。正兴德总店于1926年在当时天津法租界梨栈开设正兴德第一支店（即和平路金街正兴德茶庄）。1928年正兴德茶叶在国货展览会上荣获优质奖章，1934年又荣获超等奖证并参加美国芝加哥百年竞进展览会名扬中外。

正兴德茶庄于1956年公私合营，1963年成立正兴德茶叶基层商店，1987年组建了天津市正兴德茶叶公司；1997年正兴德公司实施股份制改造，改制为天津市正兴德茶叶有限公司。正兴德茶叶有限公司传承百年老号经营特色，坚持筛选厂家，采选优质名茶。经销全国各地红茶、绿茶、黄茶、白茶、黑茶（普洱）、青茶（乌龙）等六大基本茶类及在加工茶，主销茉莉花茶。

1993年被国内贸易部命名为“中华老字号”企业。此后十几年，连续荣获多项市级（以上）荣誉称号。公司自2001年至2010年连续承办八届天津市绿茶节暨天津正兴德绿茶节，推崇绿色、健康、休闲、时尚的经营理念，创造了天津茶叶零售市场龙头企业的辉煌。

2005年12月17日金街正兴德茶庄因拆迁移至和平路长春到交口边廊经营，2009年天津市正兴德茶叶有限公司在商业步行街滨江道205号创建了正兴德旗舰店。

In 1928, zhengxingde tea won the high-quality medal in the national product exhibition, and in 1934, it won the super prize certificate and participated in the Chicago Centennial competition exhibition. Zhengxingde tea house was established in 1956 as a public-private joint venture, in 1963 as a grass-roots tea store, and in 1987 as a Tianjin zhengxingde tea company. In 1997, zhengxingde company implemented the joint-stock reform and was transformed into Tianjin zhengxingde Tea Co., Ltd. Zhengxingde Tea Co., Ltd. inherits the management characteristics of centenary brand, insists on selecting manufacturers and selecting high-quality famous tea. We sell six kinds of basic tea and processing tea, such as black tea, green tea, yellow tea, white tea, black tea (Pu'er) and green tea (Wulong), and mainly sell jasmine tea. In 1993, it was named "China time honored brand" by the Ministry of domestic trade. Since then, it has won many municipal (or above) honorary titles. From 2001 to 2010, the company has successively undertaken eight sessions of Tianjin Green Tea Festival and Tianjin zhengxingde Green Tea Festival. It advocates the business philosophy of green, health, leisure and fashion, and has created the brilliance of leading enterprises in Tianjin tea retail market. On December 17, 2005, zhengxingde tea house in Jinjie was moved to Changchun Heping Road for operation. In 2009, Tianjin zhengxingde Tea Co., Ltd. established zhengxingde flagship store at 205 Binjiang Road, commercial pedestrian street. Since 2006, Tianjin zhengxingde Tea Co., Ltd. has been honored as one of the top 100 enterprises in China's tea industry for three consecutive years.
