山东中垦美晶米业有限公司是在原山东美晶米业有限公司的基础上改名组建成立的国有控股企业，总部位于山东省鱼台县经济开发区，公司是集科、工、贸于一体的企业。

公司现有员工358人，其中专业技术人员占总人数40%，下属大型水稻种植专业合作社3家，拥有优质水稻种植基地10万亩，有机水稻种植基地6000亩。

公司拥有佐竹全自动大米生产线，以及拥有自主知识产权的速煮发芽糙米生产线和国内首创的全自动蒸米生产线、休闲食品生产线。通过公司全体员工的不懈努力，“美晶”产品市场销售旺盛。2012年投产的五常市美晶米业有限公司，加工生产的五常稻花香系列产品，深受广大客户的青睐，一定程度进一步提升了“美晶”的品牌形象。2012年公司运作的柬埔寨稻米产业综合开发项目，项目设计年加工柬埔寨香米15.6万吨，蒸谷米18.4万吨，目前项目进展顺利，项目顺利投产后将能实现公司北部、中部、南部主要优质水稻产区生产加工能力布局的战略规划。2013年公司在总部山东省济宁市投资新建成10万吨标准粮库，至今已具有15万吨的标准化仓储设施。标准化的仓储设施是原粮保存的前提条件。
