扬州天艺民族乐器厂创建于2000年，座落于风景美丽的瘦西湖畔、平山堂之北，占地面积达25000平方米，是扬州市最大的民族乐器厂家之一，也是扬州地区古筝产销量最大的厂家之一。目前，天艺民族乐器厂主要生产“天艺”牌、“秦牌”和“汉江韵”牌古筝、古琴、琵琶、二胡等其它民族乐器产品。

目前，天艺民族乐器厂成为中国民族管弦乐学会乐器改革专业委员会副会长单位，后被聘为中国民族乐器协会常务理事单位、中国乐器协会理事单位、扬州市古筝协会副会长单位等。

厂长汪健群从事民族乐器的教学和研制20余年，现被聘为中国乐器标准化技术委员会委员，既是深谙民族音乐教育的音乐工作者和民族乐器制作的研究、制作专家，又是经验丰富的企业家。

八十年代末，余走投无路，前途渺茫之际，筝界泰斗曹正先生亲临寒舍，关怀勉励，令吾倍受鼓舞、终生难忘。

九十年代初，余踌躇满志、信心百倍创办筝坊时，筝界名家邱大成先生历时五载不倦教诲，激发着我研筝的理想和执着……

新世纪到来之际，余更有幸应“中国民管”之邀，助其举办“全国古筝新作品交流会”。并得民乐界领袖朴东升、张殿英和王中山等先生提携，“天艺乐器”由此大振!
