中兴华会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）是经中华人民共和国财政部批准，由国家工商行政管理局登记注册成立的，具有独立法人资格的全国性的会计、资产评估、财税和工程咨询等专业服务机构。

中兴华会计师事务所前身是成立于1993年的中法会计师事务所。2000年由国家工商管理总局核准，改制为“中兴华会计师事务所有限责任公司”，2009年吸收合并江苏富华会计师事务所，更名为“中兴华富华会计师事务所有限责任公司”。

2013年公司进行合伙制转制，转制后的事务所名称经工商行政管理局核准为“中兴华会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）”。已设有江苏分所、镇江分所、南通分所、扬州分所、苏州分所、山东分所、潍坊分所、威海分所、济南分所、东营分所、河南分所、河北分所、广东分所、辽宁分所、四川分所、福建分所、湖南分所、深圳分所、江西分所、上海分所共计20个分子机构。

事务所出资额2821万，从业人员近千人，现有注册会计师480（其中北京总所158人），其中具有证券、期货相关业务资格的注册会计师52人。注册评估师87人，注册税务师56人。工程师、律师等资格的42人。
