周虎臣毛笔具有“尖、齐、圆、健”的特点，锋颖锐利，圆润饱满，刚劲有力，富有弹性；书写、绘画挥洒自如，得心应手，久用不损。狼毫笔选用纯正黄鼠狼尾、石獾毛、淮兔尖等，均以手工工艺，经梳洗、扎结、装套、修择等5大工序100余道操作精制而成。湘妃竹、红木、景泰蓝、象牙等多种名贵材质笔杆，有独特的观赏性，是有收藏价值的工艺品。
