百万吨级风电载能特色铝合金节能技改项目是充分发挥嘉酒地区电力资源富集优势，积极承接东部产业转移，为加快产业结构调整步伐、推进跨越发展，走企业战略重组合作而引进的循环经济项目。

The energy-saving technical transformation project of aluminum alloy with energy carrying characteristics of one million ton wind power is a circular economy project introduced to give full play to the advantages of power resource enrichment in Jiajiu area, actively undertake the industrial transfer in the East, accelerate the pace of industrial structure adjustment, promote leapfrog development, and take the strategic restructuring and cooperation of enterprises.
