淮南舜岳水泥有限责任公司(原淮南矿务局水泥厂)是原淮南矿业集团水泥有限责任公司辅业改制剥离后而成立的，是淮南矿业集团有限责任公司相对控股的非国有独资公司，是依现代企业制度而建立的新型企业。目前下属两个子公司（淮南舜岳余热发电有限责任公司和阜阳舜岳水泥有限责任公司）。
公司位于淮南古战场，西枕八公山麓，东临淮河之滨。座落在淮河之滨，八公山下，东临蔡新公路，南接谢家集区，西、北两面环山，厂区公路与206国道相通，距淮河码头仅2.5公里，水路可由淮河直接入洪泽湖进长江，自备铁路专用线与淮阜线、淮南线、京沪线相连，交通运输十分便利。
公司是安徽省建材行业的骨干企业，公司现有两条日产2500吨水泥熟料干法生产线及配套余热发电,本部有年产2X120万吨水泥粉磨生产线（一期），阜阳有年产60万吨水泥粉磨生产线。日产4500吨水泥熟料生产线正在建设中。现年生产水泥熟料200万吨及水泥300万吨，主要产品有： P.O42.5，P.O52.5普通硅酸盐水泥，P.C32.5复合硅酸盐水泥。
Huainan Shunyue Cement Co., Ltd. (the former Huainan Mining Bureau cement plant) was established after the auxiliary business restructuring and divestiture of the former Huainan Mining Group Cement Co., Ltd. It is a relatively controlled non-state-owned wholly-owned company of Huainan Mining Group Co., Ltd. and a new enterprise established in accordance with the modern enterprise system. At present, it has two subsidiaries (Huainan Shunyue waste heat power generation Co., Ltd. and Fuyang Shunyue Cement Co., Ltd.). The company is located in the ancient battlefield of Huainan, west of Bagong mountain, east of Huaihe River. Located at the Bank of the Huaihe River, under the Bagong mountain, facing Caixin highway in the East, Xiejiaji District in the south, surrounded by mountains in the West and North, the plant road is connected with national highway 206, only 2.5km away from the Huaihe River Wharf, the waterway can directly enter Hongze Lake into the Yangtze River, and the self-contained railway special line is connected with Huaifu line, Huainan line and Beijing Shanghai line, so the transportation is very convenient. The company is the backbone enterprise of Anhui building materials industry. The company has two dry production lines with a daily output of 2500 tons of cement clinker and supporting waste heat power generation. The Department has a production line with an annual output of 2x120000 tons of cement grinding (phase I), and Fuyang has a production line with an annual output of 600000 tons of cement grinding. A 4500 ton cement clinker production line is under construction. Now it produces 2 million tons of cement clinker and 3 million tons of cement. Its main products are: P.O42.5, p.o52.5 ordinary portland cement, p.c32.5 composite Portland cement.
