徐州继林酱醋食品有限公司，源于清初年间，是具有数百年传统工艺的专业酿造食品的生产厂家。
其前身店号为“双祥”。1950年公私合营后，隶属邳县邳城供销社，1980年改制后成立邳县邳城继林酱醋厂，传承人及技术人员全部转入继林酱醋厂，2001年2月8日公司更名为徐州继林酱醋食品有限公司。
2013年11月18日在上海股交中心挂牌。公司座落于邳州市邳城镇风景秀丽的红福山脚下，公司目前占地面积14800平方米，固定资产1285万元，现有固定生产工人150余人，其中高级工程师两名，营养师一名，高级技师25人，拥有传统生产线7条，主要生产酿造酱油（豆抽油）、酿造食醋、豆制品（腐乳）、酱（黄豆酱、甜面酱、豆瓣酱等）蔬菜制品（八宝菜、酱腌菜等）、食用植物油（香油）六大类50余种传统优质系列调味品。深受广大消费者的好评。
