深圳市健康快车乳业有限公司成立于2013年3月，公司位于深圳市坪山新区坪山办事处江岭社区香江工业园D栋。
公司成立之前于2011年底，与法国达能集团经过多次谈判，终于斥巨资成功收购了达能集团旗下乐百氏酸奶品牌——“健康快车”。并收购原乐百氏中山、丰润、上海等生产基地的进口设备，落户于深圳坪山新区香江工业园，经过一年多的安装及调试，于2013年3月正式成立。现有的一万五千多平方米新厂房不仅拥有达能乐百氏集团原有生产设备，而且秉承了达能乐百氏集团原有工艺配方和生产技术。
公司生产的主要产品有：AD钙奶饮料系列、乳酸菌饮料系列、含乳饮料系列。

The company is located in Building D, Xiangjiang Industrial Park, Jiangling community, Pingshan office, Pingshan New District, Shenzhen. Before the establishment of the company, at the end of 2011, after many negotiations with French Danone Group, the company finally spent a lot of money to successfully acquire the brand "Health Express", a brand of Le Bain's yoghurt owned by Danone Group. The company acquired the imported equipment from the original production bases of Le Pak Zhongshan, Fengrun and Shanghai, and settled in Xiangjiang Industrial Park, Pingshan New District, Shenzhen. After more than a year of installation and commissioning, it was officially established in March 2013. The existing 15000 square meters new plant not only has the original production equipment of Danone Group, but also inherits the original process formula and production technology of Danone Group. The main products of the company are: AD calcium milk beverage series, lactobacillus beverage series, milk beverage series.
