川和潮人,创立于2013年的成都专业美发连锁品牌。从“不推销、重技术、重服务”的角度切入,到以“性价比”定位为差异化的品牌竞争策略,分别历经品牌初创生存期阶段和发展阶段。截至目前,其共拥有美发连锁9家。

2014年,川和潮人从街区店正式进驻购物中心,依托商场建立品牌势能。

2015-2016年,川和潮人用了2年时间沉淀,一是确定了聚焦性价比的品牌定位,二是摸索出一套打造高性价比的方法论。

2017年,川和潮人凭借着更清晰的定位和方法论迅速拓店5家,全部为商场店。

2018年,川和潮人计划再拓店5家,目前已完成1家。

From the perspective of "no marketing, heavy technology, heavy service", to the brand competition strategy with "cost performance" positioning as differentiation, it has gone through the survival stage and development stage of brand start-up respectively. Up to now, it has 9 hairdressing chains. In 2014, Sichuan and Chaozhou people formally settled in the shopping center from block stores, relying on the mall to establish brand potential. From 2015 to 2016, Sichuan and Chaozhou people spent two years to settle down. First, they determined the brand positioning focusing on cost performance, and second, they explored a set of methodology to create high cost performance. In 2017, with a clearer positioning and methodology, Sichuan and Chaoren quickly opened 5 stores, all of which are shopping malls. In 2018, Chuanhe Chaoren plans to open another 5 stores, one of which has been completed.
