诚通管业创立于1993年，是一家集生产、销售于一体的企业。目前销售公司位于南宁市虎邱城北钢材市场B8-9号，斥资数千万元建立生产基地位于南宁市银海大道956号，现有员工80名，管理人员10名，生产设备30余台，总资产以逾数千万元，年生产量达15000吨（各种新型塑料管材）。公司面积总值超过28000㎡（其中生产基地为25000㎡、销售一部为300㎡、销售二部为900㎡，仓贮部1800㎡）。公司主要生产经营HDPE新型给水管材,聚氯乙烯（PVC-U）给水管材，聚丙烯（PP-R）给水用冷、热管材，通信电缆套管，兼营给水热镀锌钢管等。

公司主要机构为销售公司、生产基地（生产部）、销售一部、销售二部、财务部及仓贮部。在广西柳州、桂林、崇左、玉林等地级市都驻有办事处及小型备件库，销售网络覆盖广西全区并辐射至云南和贵州一部分地区。

公司创立初期主要以管材销售为主，2010年，公司投资6800万于南宁市良庆区经济开发区动工兴建生产基地，从而改变了公司以销售为主的局面，实现生产、销售齐头并进。
