Nest公司成立于2011年，因推出具有漂亮外观设计和自我学习功能的Nest智能温控装置而受到市场广泛关注。它的联合创始人Tony Fadell被称为苹果iPod之父。到目前为止，Nest Labs 推出过两款产品，分别是智能温控器和智能烟感器。Tony Fadell与另一个联合创始人Matt Rogers(也出自苹果)将会同时加入谷歌工作。
