Hanya Bank (China) Co., Ltd. set up a representative office in Beijing in 1992. It is an early Korean bank settled in China. Foreign exchange bank (China) Co., Ltd. established China legal person bank in December 2007. In February 2014, Hanya Bank (China) Co., Ltd. was incorporated by the Chinese legal person of Hanya bank and the Chinese legal person of exchange bank. As of December 2016, the consolidated bank has one head office business department, 12 branches, and 18 branches with 31 business outlets, providing diversified financial services in domestic and foreign currencies for Chinese and Korean enterprises and individual customers.
