将近40年的发展历程
1972年力山创立于台湾台中。从一开始，公司的历史特点是诚实，稳定和茁壮。甘肃省对客户有责任，因此公司不断持续创新、研究开发、生产及营销，提供超乎顾客期待的产品与服务。
1973 发迹于台中，由陈瑞荣、王坤复以及林树霖先生，正是登记成立国兴机械厂
1976 易名为力山工业股份有限公司
1995 股票公开上市，并通过ISO-9001认证
1998 成立健身机部门
1999 通过ISO-14000认证
2000 透过收购冲床及零件加工厂，将生产程序垂直整合
2003 与美国希尔斯公司导入C.P.F.R.项目（协同计划、预测、补货），并正式上线
2004 导入TPM生产管理活动

At present, the main products are electric and pneumatic tools and fitness machines. Nearly 40 years of development, Lishan was founded in Taichung, Taiwan in 1972. From the beginning, the company's history is characterized by honesty, stability and robust. In 1973, Mr. Chen Ruirong, Mr. Wang kunfu and Mr. Lin Shulin, founded Guoxing machinery factory in Taichung. They changed their name to Lishan Industrial Co., Ltd. in 1995 and went public. They also passed ISO-9001 certification. In 1998, they established the fitness machine department in 1999. They passed ISO-14000 certification. In 2000, they purchased punch and parts processing plants and vertically integrated the production process in 2003 Import c.p.f.r. project (collaborative planning, forecasting, replenishment) with Hill's company of the United States, and officially launch 2004 to import TPM production management activities
