The company has four subsidiaries including Hebei Jinniu Logistics Co., Ltd., Hebei Jinniu Xuyang Chemical Co., Ltd., Jieyang Southern China Canghua Industrial Co., Ltd. and Cangzhou Jinniu Labor Service Co., Ltd.
