此外，太古酒店于英国主要城镇中心发展名为ChapterHotels的全新酒店系列。该系列设计时尚丶灵感源自酒店所在地的本土特色。首间酒店TheMontpellierChapter位于切尔滕纳姆(Cheltenham)，在2010年正式登场。而第二间酒店TheMagdalenChapter座落于埃克塞特(Exeter)，于2012年6月开幕。
