可罗食品（中国）有限公司是丹麦可罗食品有限公司的全资子公司。「新的」产品于1986年开始进入中国市场，起初由宝隆洋行代理。
1997年，总公司在中国成立新的宝食品有限公司，2000年，丹麦可罗食品有限公司接管了整个中国的业务。
2010年，为了对本地市场做出更快的反应，加强与总公司的联系，丹麦可罗食品有限公司建设了新的厂房，于2010年3月9日成立了可罗食品（中国）有限公司。
2012年12月，可罗食品（中国）有限公司正式落成。2013年4月，可罗食品（中国）有限公司举行了开业庆典。
新厂区占地面积33,000平方米，建筑面积14,000平方米，有三层办公室及一层生产车间。所有的设备均由丹麦可罗食品有限公司设计和提供，严格执行总公司的食品生产标准。

In December 2012, Koro food (China) Co., Ltd. was officially established. In April 2013, Koro food (China) Co., Ltd. held the opening ceremony. The new plant covers an area of 33000 square meters, with a building area of 14000 square meters. It has three floors of offices and one floor of production workshops. All the equipments are designed and provided by Danish Koro Food Co., Ltd. and the food production standards of the head office are strictly implemented.
