徐同泰酱油从选材到制作工艺都极为考究，采用非转基因大豆、小麦为原料，严格按照传统的酿造工艺，靠自然界常温发酵，日晒夜露，整个过程大约需要180天。由此酿造的酱油，不仅绿色健康天然，而且具有“色泽淡朴、酱香浓郁、味道鲜美”三大特色。故有“酱韵飘香百年百里”之说。
随着企业的发展，延伸企业产业链、扩大品牌影响力、打开新的市场势在必行，公司于2008年徐同泰食品科技有限公司，创新研发酒中珍品徐同泰樱桃酒，并在山东省冠县投巨资建立了樱桃酒生产基地和鲁西樱桃生态种植基地。
