江苏中烟工业有限责任公司,前身为江苏烟草工商分设后于2003年9月成立的江苏中烟工业公司。2006年12月,完成对省内卷烟工业企业的合并重组。2008年5月,经国家烟草专卖局、中国烟草总公司批复同意,改制更名为江苏中烟工业有限责任公司,并于2009年9月,成立董事会,12月举行挂牌仪式。公司现下辖南京卷烟厂、徐州卷烟厂、淮阴卷烟厂3家不具有法人资格的卷烟生产企业和南通烟滤嘴有限责任公司、江苏鑫源烟草薄片有限公司2个全资子公司,是一家集卷烟生产、销售、烟草物资配套供应等为一体的烟草工业集团。
