云南玉林泉酒业有限公司坐落于玉溪市峨山县玉林泉水资源自然保护区内，距省城昆明120公里，玉溪市30公里。玉林泉酒，源于三国时期，扬名于清朝中叶，民国初期享誉滇中，1977年正式组建“玉林泉酒厂”，结束了数百年来民间零散作坊状态；1984年，玉林泉酒厂转制为地方国有企业；1997年按照公司法要求组建了有限责任公司；2002年公司以拍卖形式转制为民营企业；2005年9月，泰国TCC集团独资并购成立了“云南玉林泉酒业有限公司”，成为了中国白酒行业中的外商独资企业。

2009年5月15日，云南玉林泉酒业纳入TCC集团旗下“国际酒业”，在新加坡成功上市。

公司成立以来，玉林泉酒业始终坚持玉林泉的品牌不变、品质不变、传统工艺不变、纯粮酿造不变、生产场地不变，在传承的基础上创新发展。

In 2005 In September, Thailand TCC group established "Yunnan yulinquan liquor industry Co., Ltd." as a wholly foreign-owned enterprise in Chinese liquor industry. On May 15, 2009, Yunnan yulinquan liquor industry was incorporated into the "international liquor industry" of TCC group and successfully listed in Singapore. Since the establishment of the company, Yulin Spring liquor industry has always adhered to the same brand, quality, traditional technology, pure grain brewing and production site of Yulin spring, and innovated and developed on the basis of inheritance.
