福建力佳股份有限公司（简称福建力佳）是以具有60年历史的原国家大型二类企业——福建省龙溪机器厂为改制主体，于1998年12月28日创立。公司前身是由西南空军修理厂和地方农械厂于1957年7月联合创立。公司现有员工约800人，其中各类专业技术人员约150人，公司总资产4.28亿元，占地12.93万平方米，建筑面积7.4万平方米
