一号专车是快的2014年07月08日宣布推出定位于中高端用户的新业务品牌,(快的打车的商务用车服务“大黄蜂”升级更名为“一号专车”原“大黄蜂”品牌仍保留另作它用。)已在北京、上海、杭州等几个大城市上线,并计划在短时间内覆盖全国市场。作为快智集团旗下两个品牌继续独立运营,分别服务于大众及中高端两类用户群体。

发展历程

2015年01月09日,一号专车宣布,将率先成立一亿元的乘客“先行赔付”基金,并已和中国平安保险公司共同达成责任人责任险合作框架。对于部分乘客担心的安全问题,一号专车方面称,使用专车服务的乘客在营运过程中发生的保险事故,由该基金先行给付赔偿。

具体而言,“先行赔付”计划为:在承接一号专车订单过程中,依法应由租赁服务公司或驾驶服务公司承担的伤亡赔偿责任,乘客可直接向一号专车方面发起赔付申请。由于用户的每一单出行在手机客户端和后台都有记录,经快速审核后,一号专车将按相关法律法规,以及相应的赔付标准从基金中拿钱向乘客实施“先行赔付”。最高一个订单赔付额度可达50万元,并且一年不限次数。

2015年5月11日,打车应用“一号专车”和P2P平台“点融网”宣布双方将合作推出一号专车余额生息功能。此功能在5月12日正式上线,满足条件的一号专车用户就可以享受余额生息产生的收益。

只要一号专车用户的账户余额大于等于500元,点融网即向一号专车的客户直接赠送1:1的等额投资体验金让用户体验1个月年化率达到14%的理财产品,该产品的收益将自动打入用户账户中,可随时取出。

“一号专车”服务车辆分为经济型、舒适型、商务型及豪华型四类,包括大众、通用、宝马及奥迪等,服务价格也因车型的种类而不同,目的是向中高端人群提供个性化的出行服务。
